Public Law serves to regulate the relationships between the state and private parties (in most cases citizens). Public Law deals with laws issued by the State and governs the conduct of public bodies. It is important in that the government makes decisions about the rights of individuals and how they must adhere to the law. Public Law also focuses on state matters, administrative authorities and the organization and function of the state.
