Hochschule Mittweida University of Applied Sciences offers the four-semester degree course “Master of Science in Cybercrime/Cybersecurity”. It is designed for individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in similar area, and wish to gain further theoretical computer knowledge. Participants who enter in the particular discipline have the possibility to learn how to prevent cyberattacks, and protect data from the information technology systems. Curriculum includes various lectures such as Cybercrime, Storage Technologies, IT Compliance, Cryptanalysis, Database Programming, Intelligent Video Analysis, Digital Assets and Goods. After successfully completing the program, graduates are qualified for professional career in investigative agencies, federal agencies or a company.
