“Bachelor of Engineering in Digital Product Development – Specialization” is a six-semester study program which is offered by the Hochschule Mittweida University of Applied Sciences. Students entering in the course acquire solid fundamental knowledge of the mechanical engineering. They become familiar with complex computer technologies and methods for developing innovative products, which can be used in different machines and systems. The study plan for the program includes the subjects Mathematics, Materials of Construction, Physics, General Chemistry, Engineering Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Drive Technology. In addition, participants will choose between three specializations. Graduates of “Digital product development” have a wide range of career prospects in automotive industry, supplier industry, medical technology, specialized engineering office and more.
