The distance learning program “Electrical Engineering” is a Diploma program with a duration of eight semesters and offered by the Hochschule Mittweida University of Applied Sciences. Participants who enter in the course become familiar with the fundamentals of the engineering science. They have the possibility to acquire solid knowledge of areas like Energy Technology, Modern Drive Technology, Mathematics, Electrical Machines, Industrial Control, Quality Management. Students will also choose between two specializations: Automation Technology, or Energy Technology. Depending on their specializations, students can learn the basic engineering processes, or to focus on the energy distribution. After completing their studies, graduates can find professional work in the field of development, research, production, sales and service.
