The six-semester degree program “Bachelor of Science in Media Informatics and Interactive Entertainment” is provided by the Hochschule Mittweida University of Applied Sciences. By entering in the particular course, participants have the chance to acquire in-depth knowledge of the fundamentals of media technology and media management. Students will choose between two different specializations: Creative Content Design, or Informatics Applications. Depending on their specialization, they will learn how to create interactive media content, or how to develop management and software systems. Some of the main lectures are Introduction to Computer Science, Mathematics, Fundamentals of Media Systems, Software Engineering, Media Coding. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates can work in the software development, digital game industry and more.
