The six-semester degree program “Bachelor of Engineering in Sustainable Real Estate Management” is provided by the Hochschule Mittweida University of Applied Sciences. Participants become familiar with the development and construction processes. They learn how to solve different economic and environmental issues using complex methods. The curriculum includes a variety of theoretical lectures, seminars and practical exercises. Some of the main subjects are Mathematics, Business Management, Real Estate Law, Technical English, Real Estate Project Development, Computer Aided Design, Sustainable Development. By the end of their studies, participants are able to develop environmentally friendly construction projects. After successful completion of program “Sustainable real estate management” graduates are qualified for career in insurance companies and funds, credit institutions, and building societies.
