“Bachelor of Arts in International Real Estate Management” is offered by HS Aschaffenburg – University of Applied Sciences with a total duration of seven semesters. The full-time program aim of the course is to endow students with knowledge and skills especially with regard to the profitability analysis of international real estate objects in order to enable them to make well-founded decisions about the implementation of a project development, investment in existing properties, renovation concepts or disinvestment strategies. Through their studies, students acquire the relevant specialist, methodological and social skills that they need for later entry into professional life. Along with imparting specialist knowledge, the course promotes personality development as well as the acquisition of leadership knowledge and leadership techniques to take on business management tasks.
