Description
The “Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Interior Design’’ study program offered by the Hochschule Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences is a six-semesters program, created by the Faculty of Architecture of Peter Behrens School of Arts (PBSA). The course is primarily focused on introducing the participants to the fundaments of architecture and interior design using appropriate methods and developing key competences. The program includes all interdisciplinary subjects needed to build a strong knowledge base for the professional qualification of an architect/interior designer. Among the key subjects of the course are: Fundamentals of Architecture and Interior Design, Furniture Design, Urban Design, Advanced Building Technology, Architectural History, Freehand Drawing, Landscape Design and Planning, etc. The University has created numerous partner programs so that the students can further develop their knowledge abroad. The graduates can pursue a career in different areas, including: planning, construction, urban development, property management, interior design, architecture, operational, etc.
