The “Master of Science in International Industrial Engineering’’ study program offered by the Hochschule Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences is a three-semester program, created by the Faculty of Mechanical and Process Engineering. The course is primarily focused on the fields of technology and economics. The participants are expected to master different management competences and to handle numerous production engineering issues. The interdisciplinary course combines technical and natural sciences, mathematical and analytical skills as well as economic and social approach. Some of the key subjects in the study program are: Innovation and Technology Management, Lifecycle and Services Management, Product and Change Management, Production and Innovation, Energy and Environmental Technology, Environmental and Process Technology. Upon graduation the participant can pursue a career in the areas of production management and optimization, technical sales, product management, service engineering and management, innovation and technology management, logistics and supply chain management, etc.
