The “Bachelor of Engineering in Media Engineering’’ study program offered by the Hochschule Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences is a seven-semester program, created by the Faculty of Media. The course is primarily focused on the technical and informational fundamentals as well as on the audio and video virtual reality. The participants can choose among variety of modules depending on their personal preferences. The interdisciplinary course combines theory and extensive practice, and also provides an internship opportunity. Among the key subjects of the educational program are Audiovisual Media Design, Computer Engineering, Acoustics, Sound Engineering, Computer Graphics, Multimedia Story Telling, Pencils and Polygons, Virtual Reality, etc. Upon graduation, the participants can pursue a career in audio or video studios, media or digital agencies, corporations, broadcasting, research, etc.
