The “Bachelor of Arts in Taxation Dual’’ study program offered by the Hochschule Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences is a nine-semester program, created by the Faculty of Business Studies. The course is primarily focused on introducing the participants to the needed theory and practice to become assistant tax advisers during the study itself. The students are expected to get familiar with the fundamentals of financial reporting, taxation and law. Some of the key subjects in the study program include: German Business Law and Corporate Law, Mathematics and Statistics, Business Ethics and Fundamentals of Corporate Social Responsibility, etc. Upon graduation, the students can pursue a career in different tax consultancies or corporate tax departments.
