The three-semester Master program “Master of Arts in Management of SMEs” is offered at HTW Dresden University of Applied Sciences. The students can choose between full-time or part-time study. The course is focused on teaching the basics of the business in medium-sized companies. The students will gain solid knowledge in economics and management, and will learn how to deal with problems in medium-sized companies. The main subjects are Introduction to the management of medium-sized companies, Personnel development and organization, Operational and strategic management accounting, and management accounting of the value chain.
