The study program “Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology” offered at the Ilmenau University of Technology has a duration of four semesters. It is practice-oriented course, designed to teach participants how to deal with engineering in practice, as well as how to design and develop complex technological systems. In addition, students have the possibility to choose between six areas to specialize in. They will attend different theoretical technical minor and non-technical minor subjects according to their specialization, and will take part in different practical exercises and projects. After successfully completing the program, graduates can find career opportunities for example in Communication technologies and networks, Production planning, Quality assurance, and many more.
