The “Bachelor of Arts in Childhood Education” distance learning study program offered by the International University of Applied Sciences is a 36-month educational program offering 24/7 online exams, different time models, and the possibility to start at any time. The distance learning course offers also flexible full-time and part-time time models that suit any participant’s educational need. The course gives the students the opportunity to study completely independent as they are 100% online and 100% flexible. The participants are to be introduced to the foundations of pedagogy and are expected to develop further their skills in relationship building, education, communication, interaction and cooperation. The interdisciplinary approach includes in the educational program subjects like Parental Work, Social Conditions of Pedagogy, Social Policy, Social Law, Intercultural and Ethical Action Skills, Quality Management in Social Work, etc. Upon graduation, the students can pursue a career as a childhood educator, a daycare manager or an educational advisor.
