The “Master of Arts in Coaching” distance learning study program offered by the International University of Applied Sciences is a 24-month educational program offering 24/7 online exams, different time models, and the possibility to start at any time. The distance learning course offers also flexible full-time and part-time time models that suit any participant’s educational need. It gives the students the opportunity to study completely independent as they are 100% online and 100% flexible. The course is primarily focused on subjects like Conversation and communication techniques, Learning and Development Theories, Ethics and Values Management, Basics of Self-Reflection, etc. During the extended Coaching educational program, the participants are to be introduced to psychology, psychotherapy, pedagogy, social, communication and consulting sciences, management and organizational theory. Upon graduation, the students can pursue a career as managers and specialists with various types of coaching assignments.
