The “Bachelor of Science in Computer Science” is a dual bachelor study program offered by the International University of Applied Sciences. It is a seven-semester educational program where one can combine study and work at the same time. The dual studies are created with maximum flexibility so that the students can choose to study at any of the 28 university locations across Germany or on the virtual campus. The course is primarily focused on the basics of mathematics and algorithms, data analytics, cloud computing and artificial intelligence. The participants are also to be introduced to IT security and data protection and are expected to develop methodological skills and design thinking. Upon graduation, the students can pursue a career as software developers, IT consultants or IT system administrators.
