The “Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Management” is a dual bachelor study program offered by the International University of Applied Sciences. It is a seven-semester educational program where one can combine study and work at the same time. The dual studies are created with maximum flexibility so that the students can choose to study at any of the 28 university locations across Germany or on the virtual campus. The course is primarily focused on the foundations of the hotel, catering, and the food industry. The participants are to be introduced to business administration and law, and are expected to organizational and management skills to plan and take relevant managerial decisions. Upon graduation, the students can pursue a career as restaurant managers, food chain managers or food and beverage managers.
