The “Bachelor of Arts in Facility Management” is a dual bachelor study program offered by the International University of Applied Sciences. It is a seven-semester educational program where one can combine study and work at the same time. The dual studies are created with maximum flexibility so that the students can choose to study at any of the 28 university locations across Germany or on the virtual campus. The course is primarily focused on technical and infrastructural facility services. The participants are to be introduced to business administration, building technology and legal issues, and are expected to develop different methodological skills. Upon graduation, the students can pursue a career as property managers, facility managers or workplace managers in the industry.
