The “Bachelor of Arts in Game Design” distance learning study program offered by the International University of Applied Sciences is a 36-month course of studies offering 24/7 online exams, different time models, and possibility to start at any time. The distance learning course offers also flexible full-time and part-time time models that suit any participant’s educational need. The course gives the students the opportunity to study completely independent as they are 100% online and 100% flexible. The course is primarily focused on interactive media and games, combining interdisciplinary approach and diving into psychology, user design, and user experience. The students are to be introduced to game art, artificial intelligence, augmented, mixed and virtual reality, marketing, data analytics, etc. The participants have the possibility to specialize further in concept game design, core game design or analytic game design. Upon graduation, the students can pursue a career in the various field of the game industry as concept, core or analytic game designers.
