The “Bachelor of Arts in Health Management” is a dual bachelor study program offered by the International University of Applied Sciences. It is a seven-semester educational program where onecan combine study and work at the same time. The dual studies are created with maximum flexibility so that the students can choose to study at any of the 28 university locations across Germany or on the virtual campus. The course is primarily focused on the foundations of the health management and combines interdisciplinary knowledge on medicine, sociology, psychology and even politics. The participants are also to be introduced to the political and legal framework of the health care system, quality management, personnel, organization, digital business models, and billing systems. Upon graduation, the students can pursue a career as quality representatives in social institutions, consultants for health management or managers in fitness centers.
