The “Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management” is a dual bachelor study program offered by the International University of Applied Sciences. It is a seven-semester educational program where one can combine study and work at the same time. The dual studies are created with maximum flexibility so that the students can choose to study at any of the 28 university locations across Germany or on the virtual campus. The course is primarily focused on business basics, New Work, Leadership 4.0, personnel services and consulting. The participants are also to be introduced to subjects like Recruitment, Development and Retention, Business Mathematics, Project management, Special Business Law, etc. Upon graduation, the students can pursue a career as Human Resources Managers, change managers or in the field of personnel marketing.
