The “Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Economics” is a dual bachelor study program offered by the International University of Applied Sciences. It is a seven-semester educational program where one can combine study and work at the same time. The dual studies are created with maximum flexibility so that the students can choose to study at any of the 28 university locations across Germany or on the virtual campus. The course is primarily focused on the foundations of economics and business administration, digitization and sustainability. The participants are also to be introduced to marketing, project development, portfolio management, real estate ownership and leasing. Upon graduation, the students can pursue a career as real estate agents, managers or reviewers.
