The “Bachelor of Science in Speech Therapy” distance learning study program offered by the International University of Applied Sciences is a 36-month educational program offering 24/7 online exams, different time models, and the possibility to start at any time. The distance learning course offers also flexible full-time and part-time time models that suit any participant’s educational need. The course gives the students the opportunity to study completely independent as they are 100% online and 100% flexible. It is primarily focused on neurophysiology and pathophysiology in therapy, and the relevant therapies for the patients. The participants are to be introduced to foundations of health economics, and are expected to develop interdisciplinary skills, as well as to apply in real practice the mastered qualitative and quantitative research methods. Upon graduation, the students can pursue a career in the various fields of speech therapy practices.
