The “Master of Science in Facility Management and Real Estate Management” program at Jade University of Applied Sciences is with a length of 3 semesters. The core area of the course focuses on the economic and technical aspects of the operation and management of real estate. In addition, more technology-oriented modules such as technical building equipment and technical building management as well as the service area, which deals with services related to real estate, are explored. Admission requirements include Bachelor's degree with 210 credit points (or an equivalent degree) in one of the courses of study "Architecture", "Civil Engineering", "Industrial Engineering - Construction Industry" or in a subject closely related course and proof of special aptitude, and English language skills according to the common European Framework of reference for language (GER), level B2.
