The “Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science and Maritime Transport” program at Jade University of Applied Sciences is aimed at all who are interested in managing seagoing vessels. In addition to nautical subjects, the course also includes scientific, legal and business management focuses that are explored over a period of 8 semesters. The course has a wide range of content, with a focus on technical subjects - Nautical basics, Ship theory, System monitoring, Computer science, Human Resources Management, Maritime English, Maritime trade law, Public Shipping Law, Emergency management, Dangerous cargo and more. Admission requirements include a university entrance qualification, a certificate of fitness for service at sea and knowledge of English at least at level B1.
