Offered by the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz the study program “Master of Science in Business Education” is a four-semester study course that builds on the knowledge students have already acquire in the bachelor's program. The course provides technical skills in the areas of initiation, development and management of professional business education in various institutional contexts while the students also obtain interdisciplinary and research skills in the field of professional training research in order to be able to to assume responsible specialist and management functions at institutions offering curricular and extra-curricular professional education and training, as well as at research institutes.  By imparting both analytical and methodological skills that enable students to perform challenging management and specialist tasks in the areas of professional education and staff development, the graduates of the “Master of Science in Business Education” gain strong, outstanding quality skills profile.
