Description
The state examination program “Dentistry” is with a duration of ten semesters and six months in total and provided by the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz. The training consists of studying the areas of dental conservation, conservative dentistry, dentistry, prosthetics, dental surgery and orthodontics. By teaching both practical and social skills, the prospective students also acquire ethical and human qualifications. During the course, graduates obtain comprehension and knowledge in various subjects such as physics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry and molecular biology, microscopic and macroscopic anatomy, physiology, dental propaedeutics and more.
