With a duration of four semesters the German-French “Master of Arts in History: Ancient History” program is provided by the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz. The main objective of the study program is to convey methodological as well as theoretical abilities. Alongside, participants of this program will be able to establish awareness of and ability to explain historical developments. Furthermore, practical skills will be developed. The program features a wide-ranging training spanning various eras and historical fields.
