The English-taught course “Master of Arts in Human Geography: Globalisation, Media and Culture” is with a duration of four semesters and provided by the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz. The focus falls on the re-negotiation of the relation between space, society, and culture in the current era of late post-modern globalisation. The modules of the program include a broad range of applied learning methods along with own production of short films, podcasts and blogs while the research workshop provides with profound knowledge in scientific theory-based research and sound training in comprehensive empirical fieldwork.
