The state examination program “Law” is with a duration of ten semesters and offered by the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz. It deals with the applicable law in its entirety such as parliamentary laws, ordinances, international treaties along with the interpretation and application to relationships and problems of citizens, the state and organizations and more. The subjects of the legal studies are the legal-dogmatic subjects along with the main areas of the applicable law like civil law, criminal law, public law, jurisprudential methods, philosophical, historical and social fundamentals of law.
