“Master of Science in Biology’’ is a four-semester study program provided by Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. The course is meant to build up on the knowledge that students have already acquired throughout their Bachelor’s degree. At the beginning of their studies, participants will have the chance to choose from three categories of subjects: classical subjects, cross-sectional subjects or interdisciplinary subjects. Botany, Genetics, Chemical Biology, Cell Biology, are only few of the modules featured in these three categories. An excursion in botany or zoology is also part of the curriculum. Upon successful completion of the course, graduates can choose to either continue with doctorate studies or start a professional career in the pharmaceutical or chemical industries, the health sector, laboratories, or others.
