Karlsruhe Institute of Technology offers the study program “Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Process Engineering’’. This is a full-time course of study with a duration of six semesters. During the first four semesters of the program, prospective students will learn about the fundamental principles in Mathematics, Science and Engineering. In the following two semesters, more specialize content is taught under the form of a profile subject. This means that participants will have to select one out of eleven specialization possibilities. Some of the later include Biotechnology, Food Technology, Energy and Environmental Technology, Microprocess Engineering, Process Development and Scale-up, and more.
