“Master of Science in Food Chemistry’’ is a four-semester degree program offered at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Here, undergraduate students can deepen their scientific knowledge, as well as methodological skills in the field of food chemistry. Furthermore, the program also imparts knowledge in other areas such as biochemistry of nutrition and toxicology, as well as analysis. The degree content for this discipline comprises of modules like Nutritional Biochemistry, Food Law, Technology, General and Food Toxicology, and others.
