“Bachelor of Science in Geophysics’’ is a degree course provided by Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Within six semesters, prospective students will explore the fundamental scientific principles and methodological competence of general and applied geophysics. Furthermore, they will also acquire basic knowledge of programming techniques and the use of computers in geoscientific related disciplines. The degree content for this program offers modules in Classical Experimental Physics, Geophysics and Earth Sciences, Further Mathematics, and more. From the fourth semester, students must choose a focus subject and they will also take part in an internship of at least three weeks as part of the course.
