Karlsruhe Institute of Technology offers the six-semester degree program “Bachelor of Science in Mathematics’’. The course is geared towards prospective students who want to acquire scientific and methodological skills in mathematics. Participants will explore all mathematical areas such as Algebra and Geometry, Analysis, Stochastics, and Applied and Numerical Mathematics. Furthermore, the curriculum also offers application subjects, namely Computer Science, Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering as well as Physics. Graduates will be prepared for a Master’s degree. Alternatively, they can also pursue career opportunities in many areas some of which include medical technology, IT companies, the automotive industry, etc.
