“Master of Education in Secondary School Teaching, Major Subject Mathematics’’ is a four-semester teacher degree program provided at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. The course offers advance training in mathematics and mathematical didactics. Thus, participants of this program will be able to analyze, plan and carry out mathematics lessons in schools. The curriculum offers intensive training with modules such as Algebra and Number Theory, Didactics of Mathematics, Educational Sciences, and others. In addition to the theoretical training, students must also participate in a school internship of at least twelve weeks.
