The degree program “Pedagogics Bakkalaureat’’ is offered at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Within the course of six semesters, students will acquire knowledge and skills in planning, organizing and executing of pedagogical processes. This is achieved through intensive training in pedagogy along with a subject area of choice. Participants can select one of the following possibilities German Literature, European Culture and History of Ideas, History, Cultural Theory and Practice, Media Theory and Practice, Philosophy or Sociology. Furthermore, students must complete an internship of at least six weeks as part of the study course.
