The Magister degree in “Art Studies and Media Philosophy“ can be obtained after a course of 9 semesters. The language of instruction is German. Throughout their studies, participants will focus on the historical and theoretical frameworks of Arts and Media, Modern and Contemporary Art, Aesthetic Theory, Mass Media, Design, Philosophy as an art form, and more. The course is strongly practice-oriented and aim to provide students with hands-on experience and to prepare them for the real working environment. Furthermore, participants will have the opportunity to align their interests with their education by choosing from elective modules. The program also promotes the development of key competencies and soft skills needed for a successful career.
