“Product Design“ offered at the Karlsruhe University of Design is a 9-semester Diploma study course taught in German. Students will focus on industry-specific theoretical content, as well as to adapt an intuitive and emotional approach towards the different tasks. The course is characterised by its project-oriented method of teaching. Participants will learn key methods and develop skills needed to carry out various projects. For example, students have the opportunity to participate in BBQ Workshop, Versatile Vagabond, Brittle Objects, and other innovative projects. Graduates are qualified to work as contemporary designers in the public or private sector.
