With a total length of seven semesters, the full-time degree program “Bachelor of Arts in International Management” is offered by the Kempten University of Applied Sciences. Both German and English-taught, the course covers important subjects such as basics of business administration, business mathematics, basics of economics, science and politics as well as law, statistics, project and business, process management, cost, performance accounting and more. Participants explore in-depth the theoretical foundations of management and personnel development as well as the practical implementation of various talent management methods in the company using case studies and will be able to successfully apply change concepts to typical situations, refer to corporate examples in change management, understand patterns in change processes, differentiate diagnostic from dialogic development and evaluate interventions for organizational development.
