At Kühne Logistics University, there are a number of Management-oriented certificate executive customized short courses, one of which is “Building Competitive Advantage Through Lean Six Sigma Operations”. The target group is the finance, sales, and planning executives, product managers, mid and senior level executives in product development. The course aims at boosting their knowledge and competence on the following topics – process flow and dynamics, lean and six sigma calculationa, variability management and target improvement in the operating strategies.
