The “Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Management Information Systems” degree program at Kühne Logistics University is an English-taught competitive degree, which combines knowledge of data management, IT infrastructure, economic processes, and human resource. The degree possesses a more intensive alternative, to be covered also in six semesters, but with a bigger academic load, two internships, instead of one, one study abroad semester, and 210 ECTS, compared to the 180 of the standard option. The fundamentals of Business Administration – Accounting, Strategy, Logistics, Mathematics and Macroeconomics, Law are covered in the initial part, while the consecutive semesters focus on polishing specific skills, like language proficiency in a business context – to choose among Chinese, German and Spanish, Soft Skills, Programming, Research Methods, Social Responsibility, Non-profit Management. The degree trains high-profile specialists who, by means of algorithms and models, transform data into company strategies.
