The “Bachelor of Science in Computer Science” is a German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses with a focus on Computational Health Informatics, Data Science and Digital Libraries, Databases and Information Systems, IT Security and Human-Computer Interaction, Software Engineering and Simulation, etc. Additionally, students can personalise their education by taking up elective modules. The BSc is application-oriented and aims to provide participants with hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to pursue a career as software developers, software engineers, system or application programmers, database and web developers, network administrators, and IT consultants.
