The “Bachelor of Science in Food Science (Technical Education)” is a 6-semester long program taught in German. Throughout their studies, participants will gain a fundamental understanding of Anatomy, human nutrition and biochemistry, Chemistry, Nutritional Physiology and Human Nutrition, Food Microbiology and Food Hygiene, Consumer Law, Food Technology and Food Sensor Technology, Marketing, etc. Additionally, students can personalise their education by taking up elective modules. Through various case studies and group projects, participants will gain hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills. Graduates can implement their expertise in the food industry, marketing, product development, education, and more.
