Description
The “Bachelor of Science in Food Science (Technical Education)” is a 6-semester long program taught in German. Throughout their studies, participants will gain a fundamental understanding of Anatomy, human nutrition and biochemistry, Chemistry, Nutritional Physiology and Human Nutrition, Food Microbiology and Food Hygiene, Consumer Law, Food Technology and Food Sensor Technology, Marketing, etc. Additionally, students can personalise their education by taking up elective modules.
