Description
The “Master of Science in Meteorology” is a 4-semester long program taught in German and English. It builds on the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at Leibniz University Hanover. Throughout their studies, participants will deepen their knowledge of Meteorology, Synoptic Meteorology, Theoretical Meteorology, Cloud Physics, and more. Additionally, students can personalise their education by taking up elective modules. The MSc is application-oriented and aims to provide participants with hands-on experience and professional core competencies. Occupational opportunities include work in research institutions, weather services, environmental agencies, insurance companies, engineering and appraisal offices, etc.
