Description
The Faculty of Construction at Leipzig University of Applied Sciences, in cooperation with Bau Bildung Sachsen e. V., offers the cooperative course “Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering”. The course engages in preparing specialists with broad range of knowledge and skills, which they could imply relevantly in the design, construction, and monitoring of the buildings of today and the future. The course leads to a first professional qualification, and the six semesters spread over four years. Skilled worker qualification in the following fields is also acquired: concrete constructor, bricklayer, pipeline, sewer and road builder and carpenter. The course content is constantly adapted to the advancements in technology and construction, with the ultimate goal of providing all necessary competences for independent inclusive whole process of engineering, with all the social, environmental awareness, and economic management responsibility it entails.
