The training-integrated study program “Bachelor of Engineering in Energy, Building Services and Environmental Engineering” at the Leipzig University of Applied Sciences is designed by the Faculty of Engineering in cooperation with Bildungszentrum Energie GmbH, Halle. It continues for six semesters and the primary stage is focused on the basic engineering subjects, like mathematics, statics, materials, electrical basics, machine elements, computer aided design, measurement technology. Transferable, management skills, foreign languages, energy and environmental systems fill the consecutive modules. Advances notions of dynamics and installations, regenerative energy sources are given at the conclusion of the study period, before the thesis defense. Throughout the whole course, and as a prerequisite for admission into it, practice into the employee plants and companies supports the acquisition of the theoretical content with evidence and training.
