The six-semester, practice-oriented, primarily English-taught degree “Bachelor of Arts in International Management” Leipzig University of Applied Science equips economists with the international dimension of business studies, so a period of studies abroad, foreign language learning, and intercultural competence are heavily laid in the foundations of the degree. Business administration, economics, statistics and law will be given at the beginning of the studies, but their practical implication in the international practice will be emphasized. Further on, by advanced second foreign language, among German, French, Spanish, Russian, internships or semesters abroad, the necessary intercultural awareness will be built for its purposeful application in the area chosen to function within in the job market. The bachelor thesis concludes the studies.
