The “Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering” degree program is offered at Leipzig University of Applied Sciences. The qualification is of high standard, and is guaranteed to bring excellent career prospects to participants. Throughout a four-semester course, students are given the necessary skills to be able to construct, assemble, produce and maintain machines and machine parts, in the domain of four specialization spheres: Mechatronics, Digital Product Development, Computational Mechanics and Production Engineering. Compulsory and elective modules combine, there is also a master thesis development and defense in the last semester. Integrated methods, especially computer-aided ones, are of special interest as possible future sphere of implementation of the studies gained in this engineering degree.
