The program “Certificate of Advanced Studies in Coaching as a Leadership Skill” at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts has a length of nine months. The training aims to teach participants the fundamentals of coaching and leadership. The syllabus contains the modules of Coaching essentials, Coaching focus: focus on solutions and Coaching focus: Using potential. To apply, candidates must have a degree from a technical college, university, professional examination, higher specialist examination or higher technical school. Graduates receive a certificate of Advanced Studies Hochschule Luzern/FHZ in coaching as leadership skills.
